What is 5210?
5210 is a program that encourages people to improve their lives by making better choices.

5-5 Servings of fruits and vegetables each day.

2-Less than 2 hours of recreational screen time. This includes tv,cell phones, computer, and gaming devices. These activities make us less active each day.

1- 1 Hour of physical activity each day. Take a walk/hike, ride a bike, swim,.... We should take 10,000 steps a day. 

0-0 sugary drinks each day. These become empty calories and add up quickly. Try drinking an 8 ounce glass of water each time you crave that sugary beverage.
